As a team of quantitative analysts, data scientists, computer scientists, and civil engineers, we’re taking a holistic approach to solving problems for stakeholders of the real estate industry.

We also have,on our team, experienced real estate developers, investors, and quantitative financial analysts with expertise across asset classes. A few years ago, we realized that the real estate industry is about as technologically advanced now as it was 20 years ago. Since then, we have been dedicated in our endeavor to bring it up to speed with the digital revolution that is ongoing.

GS Pannu is an underwriting intelligence and risk strategy leader with deep roots in accounting, regulatory compliance, and real-estate driven insurance exposure. He began his career in public accounting and corporate compliance, building and implementing global SOX frameworks across 14 countries—experience that shaped his mastery of auditability, controls, and risk governance at scale. Over the last decade, he has led commercial real-estate development across six cities and five states, giving him direct insight into construction risk, contractor behavior, and loss drivers.

At Trajan.ai, He translates this real-world risk and compliance expertise into AI-powered underwriting intelligence that enables insurers to evaluate exposure, enforce guidelines, and price risk with precision and confidence.

Mohsin Vindhani

Co-Founder / CTO and COO

As the CTO and COO at Trajan AI, Mohsin leverages over seven years of experience from IIT Madras to lead data-driven projects in Real Estate, Finance, Bioinformatics, and IoT. He focuses on developing scalable solutions, ensuring compliance, and actively contributes to the open-source community.

Sarun Ram

Chief Innovation Officer/ Head of Product

Since joining Trajan in 2022, Sarun has used his expertise in financial risk management and data analytics to derive strategic insights from complex data, building on his experiences at PwC and Credit Suisse and his education at IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Kharagpur.

Manjit Pannu

Co-Founder / PMP

Manjit Kaur is a technology and enterprise transformation leader with over three decades of experience across insurance, banking, and government-grade financial systems. She began her career building mission-critical platforms for NASA and major financial institutions, working in mainframe, assembly, Fortran, and C.

She later led large-scale SAP and finance system deployments for Fortune 500 companies, and at Accenture managed accounting and compliance software programs for enterprise clients and the U.S. Department of Defense. At Trajan.ai, she brings deep expertise in risk-sensitive data, financial controls, and enterprise-grade system design.
