We are a US-based technology company that is using big data, AI, and blockchain to streamline the chaotic processes of real estate development. As a team of quantitative analysts, data scientists, computer scientists, and civil engineers, we’re taking a holistic approach to solving problems for stakeholders of the real estate industry.

We also have,on our team, experienced real estate developers, investors, and quantitative financial analysts with expertise across asset classes. A few years ago, we realized that the real estate industry is about as technologically advanced now as it was 20 years ago. Since then, we have been dedicated in our endeavor to bring it up to speed with the digital revolution that is ongoing.

Gureet Pannu

Co-Founder / President

With a degree in accounting and background in regulatory compliance Rick brings over a decade of experience in construction and development following five years of experience as an Auditor building compliance frameworks and an Operations Analyst driving optimization to enhance controlled growth.
Specializing in construction and real estate, he excels at identifying opportunities, de-risking project plans and building high performance execution teams.
Prior to co-founding Trajan.ai, as a Developer and CFO at 3PJK LLC, he built a real estate investment portfolio focused on value-add multi-family residential and neighborhood commercial properties in Los Angeles, St. Louis, San Antonio, and Houston.
He has also served in leadership advisory roles at multiple early-stage start-ups.

Manjit Pannu

Co-Founder / IT Director

Embarking on an American journey in 1975, she honed her skills in computer programming, initiating a career as a programmer trainee in 1976. Relocating to Los Angeles in 1983 for a business venture, they returned to Houston in 1987. Between 1987 and 2005, she delved into IT consulting and real estate, managing nine rental properties by 1997. In 2005, she refocused on real estate, acquiring and maintaining four houses and two lots by 2013. In 2016, she expanded to San Antonio, selling Houston properties and acquiring new ones. Currently, she is renovating properties like 315 S Olive, 1605 E Houston, and 100 Arlington Ct. With a career spanning 40 years, she has bought and sold 20 properties, balancing work until 2019, when she dedicated time to her aging mom. Now fully immersed in real estate, she is excited about transforming properties into artistic havens and maximizing returns on investment.

Mohsin Vindhani

CTO and COO

As the CTO and COO at Trajan AI, Mohsin leverages over seven years of experience from IIT Madras to lead data-driven projects in Real Estate, Finance, Bioinformatics, and IoT. He focuses on developing scalable solutions, ensuring compliance, and actively contributes to the open-source community.

Sarun Ram

Chief Innovation Officer/ Head of Product

Since joining Trajan in 2022, Sarun has used his expertise in financial risk management and data analytics to derive strategic insights from complex data, building on his experiences at PwC and Credit Suisse and his education at IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Kharagpur.

Muhammad Asif

Civil Engineering / Data Mapping Engineer

As a Civil Engineering Specialist and Data Mapping Engineer at Trajan.ai, Asif uses his expertise in project management and risk assessment to optimize AI-driven processes and outcomes, while also ensuring high standards in multimedia design and production quality.
